It may have escaped your attention that "The Delicious Miss Dahl" is supposed to be a cookery programme.
I just thought I'd remind you in case you had forgotten this.
The following barely readable list of ingredients is on screen for a grand total of 3.2 seconds.
(and that's taken from the high quality iPlayer version, I doubt it is readable at all for some people.)

PS: I think the BBC don't consider Sophie a proper chef; on their recipe site Sophie Dahl is not listed as a chef, merely under "programmes".
